Requirements
Area Agencies will maintain any required paper documents and records pertaining to the provision of access system services, according to state records retention requirements. However, the Division encourages agencies to reduce to a minimum the amount of paper documents and records retained, and implement, to the extent possible, a paperless system. Management of electronic documents and systems is addressed in DAS MAN 5600 1060 Technology and Data Management.
