Summary Statement
Area Agencies on Aging and contract providers shall uphold all state and federal law pertaining to civil rights.
Requirements
AAAs and contract providers shall uphold all state and federal law pertaining to civil rights and shall provide all services and functions funded by DAS, affected by policy of DAS, or provided by contract with DAS, without discrimination, on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, gender, physical or mental impairment or on any other basis prohibited by law.
