Chapter 3 Risk Management and Insurance

This chapter is intended to offer a comprehensive explanation of insurance coverages and insurance requirements for Transportation Providers (TPs), Subcontractors, as well as state operated vehicles. For questions regarding insurance coverage or requirements, the Regional Transportation Office (RTO) should be contacted for clarification.
