Attachment 8 DFCS Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Service Delivery Checklist

The LEP Service Delivery Checklist is intended for use by the Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) supervisors, managers, and administrators when evaluating the ability of each service area to provide meaningful access to LEP constituents.
