Summary Statement
Grants and contracts for services funded by Area Agencies on Aging (AAA) shall directly reflect the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the area plan.
Requirements
Grants and contracts shall include:

Specific, measurable program/service objectives that are consistent with area and state plan goals and objectives; and
-
Costs that are appropriate and reasonable and comply with federal and state fiscal policies; and
-
Specific language which conveys the Department of Human Services/Division of Aging Services contract requirements to the subcontractor/grantee.
